A Fort Myers man is in Lee County Jail charged with shooting another who asked him to turn down the car music.
Fort Myers police first responded to a shooting incident at 2275 Central Ave. shortly after 3:30 a.m. Monday.
A male victim was taken to hospital with a foot injury after being kicked in the parking lot.

The investigation identified Alex Dwayne Smith, 30, as a suspect.
Police found Smith Tuesday afternoon, in the same vehicle as Monday morning, during a traffic stop near the Edison Mall.
Smith remained in the Lee County Jail on $200,000 bond for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted Florida felon, driving with a suspended license and possession of drugs. He will be summoned on July 25.
Police carry out a forensic analysis of a firearm found during the traffic stop.
