Las Vegas police looking for suspect in Mirage hotel room murder


LAS VEGAS — Nevada police are looking for a suspect in a deadly shooting at the Mirage hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.

Las Vegas police said a man was shot and killed in a hotel room on Thursday evening and two women were injured. They said the suspect and the victims knew each other and the suspect has not been arrested.

Police Lieutenant Dori Koren told KSNV that officers arrived about a minute after the initial call and along with security officers provided medical assistance to the women, who had been hospitalized with critical injuries.

Koren said they have security videos and good leads and he is confident the shooter will be caught.
