‘Boobs hurt. The head hurts from not sleeping. Vagina hurts from episiotomy (had to get it out fast),’ she wrote while posing in a set of white leggings and matching sports bra.

‘The body hurts from the loss of blood. I don’t know what time it is. But deeply happy in my love bubble,” she added.

“Hardest but most rewarding thing I have ever done. A non-medicated VBA2C [vaginal birth after two C-sections]. No words,” she wrote.

“Mom was amazing and so strong. It’s been a 24-hour rollercoaster ride, but welcoming her into the world has made everything better.

“She’s beautiful, 12 fingers and all,” he added, referring to his daughter’s rare mutation called polydactylism.

Tammy was also born with 12 fingers and had two removed shortly after birth.
