Thunivu: Ajith Kumar Teams Up With Valimai Director H Vinoth For Upcoming Action, First Look Goes Viral

After impressing the masses with actioner Valimai, Ajith Kumar is teaming up again with director H Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor for pot-boiler entertainer Thuvinu. The first look of AK 61 was unveiled on September 21, and the poster echoes “mass” about it.

In the still poster, a laid-back Ajith looks rambunctious in his white shirt, wide-rimmed glasses and holding an SMG in style. The poster makes it look like Ajith’s character is waiting to unleash his wrath on the bad guys. Thuvinu says, ‘no guts no glory’, which means that Kumar’s character will be a brave heart, eradicate evil with a bombastic action, and his swag.

This is Ajith’s third collaboration with producer Boney Kapoor. They previously collaborated on Pink’s official remake, Nerkonda Paarvai. Then they came together with H Vinoth’s action thriller Valimai, which was released earlier this year. The film also starred Huma Qureshi and Kartikeya in primary roles. The release date of Thunivu has not yet been announced. But the buzz and reception at first glance have already made it one of Ajith’s most anticipated films.
