Big E has been keeping fans updated since breaking his neck and fracturing his C1 and C6 vertebrae on an episode of SmackDown earlier this year.
He recently shared that he threw the neck brace he had been in since the injury in the trash. While responding to a fan on Twitter, he showed the movement of his neck without the brace.
Big E said in the caption that fans “don’t need to worry about him” and that “he’s doing fine” as his recovery continues.

The injury occurred when he suffered a belly-to-belly suplex from Ridge Holland outside the ring. He narrowly avoided paralysis and potentially death. Big E has no spinal or ligament injuries, which means he hasn’t had to undergo surgery.
He returned home days after being at the University of Alabama in Birmingham Hospital. Since his injury, he remains positive.
